Anthocyanins are colored water-soluble pigments belonging to the phenolic group that are responsible for the shades red, purple, and blue. Anthocyanins are antioxidants, meaning that they inhibit harmful oxidation in the body. Oxidation is a chemical reaction in the body that can produce free radicals leading to cellular degradation and oxidative stress. This process causes inflammation, which in turn can contribute to various degenerative disease processes such as type 2 diabetes, cancer and heart disease.

Berries, especially elderberries, blackberries and blueberries have the highest level of anthocyanin. Very freshly picked berries are best, but it has been scientifically proven that freezing berries actually increases the anthocyanin concentration as ice crystals make the antioxidants more bio-available.

I usually buy frozen berries, especially wild blueberries. I add stevia and eat the berries with a product made in New Zealand called Arepa, a powder made from black currants, which helps with brain function and brain fog. I add yogurt and collagen powder and/or plant-based protein powder. The Ascension process per se, with its karmic energy release,  contributes to inflammation in the body.  Eating berries daily is an excellent line of defense.

Eating more plant-based foods supports Ascension-related transformation.
