Benefits: The outcome that we might expect at the end of 6-8 weeks, allowing two weeks for integration, is spontaneous synchronicity - that is, good things happening to us that are unplanned and unexpected. Expanded listening and Practice Plan
Listen to the edited audio recordings five times. The energy patterns need to be entrained and strengthened for best long-term results. It does not matter when you listen. You can listen more than five times if you choose.
This is important because, at the moment, we are like delicate seedlings being transplanted. We need to be nurtured and cared for by the energy at this critical period of change. You can listen five times in one day, or over a few days. It doesn't really matter. JUST LISTEN!
The energy transmissions germinate and activate that seedling, the energy foundations of CHANGE within us on all levels of our being, physically, mentally, emotionally and within our body's energy fields. Over the 7 days between transmissions become like caterpillars on the leaf ready for the next stage of transformation, ENLIGHTENMENT.

You Might Feel These Ascension Symptoms ...
Feeling fat: the cells of the body will almost seem to puff up and you may feel bloated and heavy. This will pass. Drink lots of water and don't think you need to go on a diet.
Irritability, fatigue, nervous system overload: these are all common Ascension symptoms that you may especially notice in weeks 1-3 of this process. This is a very positive sign that you ARE TRANSFORMING at very deep levels of your being.
A deep awakening process is occurring within: Sensations that you might experience are tingling, prolonged vibration, energy in palms, heart chakra opening.
Try not to question what is going on and feel tempted to OPT OUT. Don't! These changes will be worth it. You will end up feeling so much better than you ever have before. Just do the work! WATCH and LISTEN. Keep a diary of the changes and reactions that you experience so that we can discuss this on ASCENSION AND YOU.
